- 2 sticks real butter (1/2 lb.)
- 2 1/2 c. flour (add 1/2 c. if needed)
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Put all ingredients in a bowl.

3Butter must be at room temperature.

4Work with hands to form a ball (no crumbs).

5Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Prick with a fork. Sprinkle with sugar.

7Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

8Remove and cut into squares.

9Return to oven at 275° for 25 minutes. Take out and enjoy!
