  • 1 pkg. Swiss jelly roll
  • 2 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 large pkg. Jell-O (strawberry or raspberry)
  • vanilla custard (large pkg. instant or 2 1/2 c. homemade)
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • sprinkles

Directions

    Slice jelly roll and line the bottom of a large decorative bowl or dish (slices should be approximately 1-inch thick). Drain oranges; save the juice.

    Spread oranges on top of jelly roll in even layers.
