- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
Directions

1Mix vegetables, salt and pepper.

2Heat oil in skillet or kettle.

4Cover and cook for 8 or 9 minutes.

5Do not overcook.
