  • 1 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced

    Mix vegetables, salt and pepper.

    Heat oil in skillet or kettle.

    Do not overcook.
