  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 lb. mild pork sausage
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Crumble and brown sausage.

    In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.

    Add cubed bread and stir.
