  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, balls halved (fresh,cherry-sized)
  • 12 cup cooked corn kernel (fresh or frozen)
  • 14 cup chopped kalamata olive
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 12 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 18 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Combine cheese, corn, olives, chiles, tomato and basil in medim bowl.

    Whisk all remaining ingredients in small bowl, stir into corn mixture.

    Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours, serve at room temperature.
