- 3 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1 cup cooked sausage crumbles
- 4 Land O Lakes Eggs, well beaten
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
- 8 flat-bottom corn taco shells, heated according to package directions
- Chopped tomatoes, if desired
- Salsa, if desired
- Sour cream, if desired
- Sliced black olives, if desired
- Shredded lettuce, if desired
Directions

1Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling; add onions.

4Continue cooking stirring gently with heat proof rubber spatula 4-5 minutes or until eggs are set.
