- 2 tsp. reduced sugar jam, jelly or preserves
- 1 cup red or green grapes
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
Directions

1Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium.

2Pour in egg substitute and season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning; scramble until eggs are cooked through.
