- 2 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles, torn into pieces
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 8 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 4 medium bananas
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, Regular or Decaf
Directions

1Lightly coat nonstick pan with cooking spray; place over medium heat.

2Pour in egg substitute and season as desired with herbs or salt-free seasoning.

3When eggs begin to set, add cheese.

4Scramble until eggs are cooked through.

5Divide into 4 equal servings.

6Spread each toast slice with 1 tsp.

7margarine; serve each person 2 slices toast and a banana alongside eggs.
