- 4 tsps. jam, jelly or preserves
- 24 fl oz orange juice
Directions

1Cook egg substitute in nonstick pan coated with cooking spray.

2Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.

3Divide evenly among 4 plates.

4Spread each slice toast with 1/4 of the margarine and 1 tsp.

5of jelly; serve alongside eggs.
