- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. margarine

1Break eggs into small mixing bowl, being careful not to get any egg shell in the eggs.

2Add milk, salt and pepper.

3Beat egg mixture with fork.

4Place margarine in skillet; heat over medium heat until margarine is melted.

5Pour egg mixture into skillet. Scramble with fork or spatula until eggs look fairly dry.
