  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 doz. eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Beat eggs, sour cream, salt and milk.

    Stir in sauteed onions and bacon.
