Scrambled Eggs Spaghetti And Bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces, weight Whole Wheat Spaghetti (a Serving Size)
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 pinches Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 strips Bacon
  • Parmesan Cheese

Directions

    Prepare spaghetti in a pot of boiling water till al dente. Drain and set aside.

    While spaghetti is cooking, cook bacon via microwave or skillet. Set aside the cooked bacon and crumble once cooled.

    In a small bowl, crack eggs and scramble with some salt and pepper. In a heated skillet, saute garlic and olive oil for a few minutes. Toss in the drained spaghetti and then add the egg. Scramble with the spaghetti until incorporated and eggs are cooked. Toss in the crumbled bacon.

    Transfer to a bowl or plate and generously garnish with parmesan cheese.
