  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 c. mashed tofu
  • 3 Tbsp. CHICKEN-STYLE SEASONING
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. yeast flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

    drain and mash with a fork. In a skillet,

    onion in a little water until soft.
