  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 can Diced basil and oregano tomatoes
  • 1 sea salt and pepper
  • 1 lime

Directions

    Chop all ingredients

    Place in a bowl while you heat the corn and black beans for 5 minutes.

    Add corn and black beans to the bowl, season to taste and drizzle in lime juice.
