- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. tofu
- 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. brewer's yeast flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onions in water and oil in skillet.

2Add tofu and mash down with fork until all scrambled.

3Add remaining ingredients. Heat until flavors are blended.

4Tasty hot or cold as a sandwich filler.
