- 1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 lb. ground pork sausage
- 1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth (undiluted)
- butter
Directions

1In small bowl, blend together cornmeal and 1 cup water.

2In large saucepan, combine pork sausage, sage, salt, parsley and chicken broth.

3Gradually stir in 2 cups of water, being careful to separate sausage into fine pieces.

4Bring to boiling.

5Slowly add cornmeal to boiling mixture, stirring constantly with whisk. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

6Turn into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Cool; refrigerate, covered.
