- 8 c. ham (I buy ham with bone in)
- 5 qt. ham broth
- 6 c. meal
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Cook ham in pressure cooker.

2Take ham from bone.

3Take scissors and cut ham in 1/2 to 1-inch pieces.

4Keep 5 quarts broth on heat, in large pan.

5Mix meal and flour together and add to broth until thick, very stiff and hard to stir.

6Turn heat off and continue to stir.

7Put in bread pans and cool.

8Cut in 1/4-inch slices.

9Fry in oil until brown.

10Serve with eggs or syrup.
