  • 2 cups Roasted Pumpkin Puree (See My Recipe Box)
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Real Vanilla Extract
  • 1 whole Pie Crust (See My Recipe Box)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, pie spice, salt and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Pour into a prepared 9-inch pie crust. Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Let cool before serving. Serve with real whipped cream! Enjoy!
