- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Melt caramels and milk over low heat.

3Mix Bisquick, oats and brown sugar.

4Stir in melted margarine until crumbly.

5Press half of the mixture in ungreased rectangular pan. Bake 10 minutes.

6Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Sprinkle remaining crumbly mixture over chips, nuts and caramel mixture.

7Press lightly.

8Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until light golden brown.

9Cut in squares.
