Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick Parkay margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small cartons Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix together flour, margarine and half the nuts.

    Pat into 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly brown.

    Cool.

    Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 small carton of Cool Whip together.

    Spread on crust.

    Mix together pudding and milk; let stand until thick.

    Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.

    Cover with the second carton of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.

    Chill 15 minutes, covered.
