Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. onion salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • several shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 to 4 c. brown gravy (either homemade or from packets)

    Mix all ingredients together well.

    Shape into small balls. Place in large skillet with lid.

    Cook over a very low flame until meat balls are done.

    Drain off grease.

    Pour 3 to 4 cups of brown gravy (either homemade or from packets) over meatballs and simmer for at least 30 minutes.

    Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable or just as an appetizer.
