  • 3 c. oatmeal
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 grated apples
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. apricot yogurt
  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame seed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except sesame seed.

    Spread on sheets in dehydrator.

    Sprinkle with sesame seed.

    Dehydrate until firm enough to break into pieces.
