Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. Karo syrup
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Boil first 3 ingredients until hard ball forms in water. Pour gradually over stiffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly until cool.

    Add nuts and continue beating until creamy and stiff enough to drop on wax paper.
