- 8 slices white bread, buttered and cubed
- 2 c. seafood (crabmeat, shrimp, any combination)
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/4 c. sharp grated cheese
Directions

1Mix the seafood, green pepper, onion, celery and mayonnaise. Place 1/2 bread cubes in casserole, a layer of mixture, then the rest of cubes.

2Combine the eggs, milk and soup; pour over casserole.

3Sprinkle with the grated cheese.

4Let set, unbaked, in refrigerator overnight before baking.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
