- 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- 1/2 pt. oysters (fresh)
- 1/2 lb. blue crab meat (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
- 3 Tbsp. green onion including tops, minced
- 3 Tbsp. celery, minced
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
Directions

1Cut shrimp and oysters into 1/4-inch pieces.

2Remove any remaining shell or cartilage from crab meat.

3Cook green pepper, onion and celery in butter until tender, but not brown.

4Add shrimp, oysters and crab meat.

5Cook over low heat until shrimp turn pink and oysters curl at the edges.

6Add remaining ingredients and heat to a near boil.

7Serve immediately.
