  • 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • oil to brown
  • 1/4 c. onion

Directions

    Mix tuna, mustard, onions, pepper, seasoning and Miracle Whip and seasoning with 1/2 cup bread crumbs.

    Shape into balls; roll in remaining crumbs.

    Flatten and refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Heat oil and brown 5 minutes each side.
