Seafood Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box Town House crackers
  • 1/4 lb. margarine or butter
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • small can mushrooms
  • shrimp, crabmeat, scallops or whatever you prefer
  • green pepper (can add, if desired)

Directions

    Mix crushed crackers with margarine, onion and mushrooms.

    Put 1/2 of mixture in bottom of greased casserole pan.

    Put layer of seafood on this.

    Top with remaining crumb mixture.

    Add enough milk to moisten just before baking.

    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, until slightly brown on top.

    May be made day before and baked just before serving.
