- 1 can shrimp (optional)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (more if desired)
- 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. green onion
- 1 c. sliced almonds, slivered
Directions

1Combine and cover with crushed potato chips.

2Add a little dill, if desired.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

4Can be mixed the night before and refrigerated.

5Nice served with mixed fruit salad.
