  • 1 can tuna or salmon
  • 1 can shrimp (optional)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (more if desired)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. green onion
  • 1 c. sliced almonds, slivered

Directions

    Combine and cover with crushed potato chips.

    Add a little dill, if desired.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Can be mixed the night before and refrigerated.

    Nice served with mixed fruit salad.
