  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 cup farina
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 10 eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp vanilla

    Place milk, one cup of sugar and salt in saucepan and cook over low heat until milk is warmed

    Slowly add faring, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and thick

    Add butter and remove from heat to cool

    Beat egg folks with 1/4 cup sugar until light and creamy
  5. 5
    Beat egg whites until stiff
  6. 6
    Fold into egg till mixture

    Slowly fold egg mixture into cooled farina mixture

    Pour into 9 X 13 greased pan and bake at 350* for 30 min

    Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar and cinnamon

    Cut in squares and serve
