- 2 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned and cut in small pieces
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/2 c. dry vermouth
- 2 c. cream or half and half
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. Swiss cheese
Directions

1Saute shrimp and green onion in butter.

2Add 1/4 cup dry vermouth and cook down for sauce; set aside.

3Pour 1/4 cup dry vermouth in pan and boil down to 1 tablespoon.

4Add 2 tablespoons of cream to cornstarch, whisking.

5Add 2 cups of cream, minus 2 tablespoons to sauce.

6Add 1/2 cup Swiss cheese to melt.

7Add 1/3 cup of sauce to shrimp mix.
