  • 6 lasagna noodles
  • 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. thin sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • garlic and parsley as desired
  • 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 c. white wine
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • paprika

    Mix cottage cheese, salt, pepper and eggs. Mix crabmeat, shrimp, margarine, mushrooms, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, scallops, crab, onion, mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese and white wine.

    Spray 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Coat bottom well. Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture and crabmeat mixture and repeat. Top with Mozzarella cheese and paprika. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let sit 15 minutes before serving.
