- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.

2Remove skin and bones from salmon; flake.

3Thoroughly mix salmon liquid and remaining ingredients.

4Pack into a well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until browned.

5Cool loaf in pan for 10 minutes; loosen from sides of pan and turn out on serving platter.

6Garnish with parsley, lemon and orange slices.
