Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
- 1 can Cream of Tomato Soup
- 1/4 c. Warm Water
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. Chopped Celery
- 1/3 c. Chopped onions
- 12 oz. Albacore Tuna or Pink Salmon
- Dash of tabasco sauce for zip
Directions

1Dissolve the gelatin in the water.

2Put the tomato soup into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

3Cool the soup and mix it with the gelatin.

4Cream together the cream cheese and mayonnaise, and then add to this mixture the celery, onions, tuna (or salmon) and tabasco.

5Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pour into a jello mold that has been sprayed with PAM spray.

6Chill several hours until firm and serve with water crackers.
