  • 1 lb Medium Shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. bay scallops
  • 3/4 lb Lobster Meat
  • 1 pt. Cream (Heavy)
  • 1/2 c. Wine
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1 lb Linguine (Cooked Aldente)
  • 1 Bunch Broccoli (Cut into Small Pieces)
  • 2 Leeks (Chopped)
  • 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Red Pepper (Chopped)
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Dill (Chopped)
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 5 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese

Directions

    1. Put butter, leeks, onion, garlic, & red pepper into pan and saute.

    2. Add 1/2 c. wine, parsley, lemon juice, salt, & pepper.

    Cook 2 minutes. Add cream.

    3. Cook several minutes on simmer. Add scallops & broccoli

    and cook for a few more minutes.

    4. Just before serving add shrimp and cook till just pink.
