- 1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
- 1 can smoked oysters
- 1 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion with tops
- 4 c. cooked yellow saffron rice
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomato
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen peeled shrimp
- 2 c. frozen green peas, defrosted
- 1/2 oz. jar chopped pimiento with juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 large bay leaves
Directions

1Saute onions in oil.

2Combine all ingredients in stove top pan.

3Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until seafood is cooked.

4Remove bay leaves before serving.
