- cornmeal (for sprinkling)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (35 oz.) can whole tomatoes, crushed and drained (2 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- pizza dough for one 12-inch pie
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chopped clams, drained
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Lightly oil a 12-inch pizza pan. Sprinkle with cornmeal.

3Heat 1 tablespoon oil in saucepan over medium heat.

4Add onion and garlic; cook 2 minutes.

5Add tomatoes, parsley, red pepper and salt.

6Cook 10 minutes.

7Press dough in pan.

8Cover with sauce.

9Top with shrimp and clams; sprinkle with cheese.

10Bake until crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
