  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen halibut fillets
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen loose-packed hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen shelled shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In Dutch oven, bring undrained tomatoes and 2 cups water to a boil; add frozen halibut, vegetables and shrimp.

    Stir in next 4 ingredients.

    Cover; bake at 350° for 2 hours.

    Stir occasionally to break up.

    Top with cheese.
