- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen halibut fillets
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen loose-packed hash brown potatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen shelled shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In Dutch oven, bring undrained tomatoes and 2 cups water to a boil; add frozen halibut, vegetables and shrimp.

2Stir in next 4 ingredients.

3Cover; bake at 350° for 2 hours.

4Stir occasionally to break up.

5Top with cheese.
