  • 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 c. crab meat
  • 1/2 c. tiny shrimp
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions
