- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. crabmeat, picked
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 c. milk, scalded
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
- pinch of sweet basil
- 9-inch pie crust
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onion, pepper and celery in small amount of butter until tender.

2Combine with shrimp and crabmeat.

3Pour into prepared crust.

4Sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese.

5Combine milk, eggs, salt and seasoning.

6Pour over all; sprinkle top with basil.

7Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set.
