Ingredients

  • 3 c. shell macaroni, cooked
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1 c. seafood of your choice (salmon, tuna, shrimp, etc.)
  • sweet pickle relish
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 7 oz. box macaroni (any style)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • juice of 2 lemons or 4 Tbsp. lemon concentrate
  • 6 finely chopped apples
  • whipping cream

Directions

    Boil macaroni; rinse well.

    Add crushed pineapple with juice. Boil sugar, flour, eggs and lemon juice in double boiler.

    Pour over macaroni and pineapple mixture.

    When cool, add apples.

    When ready to serve, add whipping cream and stir (can also use Cool Whip).
