Ingredients

  • 1 large white onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • basil, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper to taste
  • mashed garlic to taste
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • can of clams and juice
  • 1/2 lb. small scallops
  • spaghetti noodles
  • 1 container fresh grated Parmesan cheese

    Saute onion and garlic in oil and butter until soft.

    Add wine, clams and juice, shrimp and scallops, seasonings until tender. Cook spaghetti as directed on package.

    Drain.

    Mix noodles together with sauce.

    Add 1 container fresh grated Parmesan cheese, adding slowly so it does not glob.
