- 1 lb. lobster meat
- 2 lb. shrimp meat
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 rolls Ritz crackers
- salt and pepper
- clam juice
Directions

1In a large frying pan, melt margarine.

2Add shrimp

3meat and toss.

4Add scallops next, cutting into bite size pieces if large. Cook only a minute or two.

5Add lobster meat.

6Pour into a large bowl.

7Add crushed Ritz crackers and enough clam juice to moisten. Salt and pepper.

8Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
