  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon (more or less)
  • touch parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (more or less)
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 dozen skewers
  • fresh shrimp
  • fresh scallops
  • large stuffed green olives
  • lemon wedges
  • cherry tomatoes
  • lemon butter (1 part lemon and 2 parts melted butter)

    Combine first 6 ingredients for basting sauce. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving last section of shell and tail intact. Add shrimp and scallops to basting sauce and let stand 1 hour at room temperature, stirring to evenly coat the meat.
