- dash of pepper
- 1/2 dozen skewers
- fresh shrimp
- fresh scallops
- large stuffed green olives
- lemon wedges
- cherry tomatoes
- lemon butter (1 part lemon and 2 parts melted butter)
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients for basting sauce. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving last section of shell and tail intact. Add shrimp and scallops to basting sauce and let stand 1 hour at room temperature, stirring to evenly coat the meat.
