  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 lb. sealegs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
  • 6 c. milk
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Peel and cube potatoes.

    Thinly slice celery.

    Melt butter in heavy pan.

    Add potatoes and celery.

    Barely cover with water. Cook until tender.

    Add milk.

    When scalded add sealegs and heat until scalding.
