- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
- 6 c. milk
- salt to taste
Directions

1Peel and cube potatoes.

2Thinly slice celery.

3Melt butter in heavy pan.

4Add potatoes and celery.

5Barely cover with water. Cook until tender.

6Add milk.

7When scalded add sealegs and heat until scalding.
