8 ingredients
2 steps

Ingredients

  • 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets (1 inch thick)
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. 1
Coat fillets with cooking spray; sprinkle 1 teaspoon Curry Seasoning evenly over fillets.
  2. 2
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over high heat until very hot. Add fillets, and cook, uncovered, 3 minutes on each side. Cover and cook 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to a serving platter, and keep warm. Add soy sauce and next 3 ingredients to skillet; cook over high heat, deglazing skillet by scraping particles that cling to bottom. Add sesame oil; stir well. Pour soy sauce mixture over fish and sprinkle with green onions.
