Seashell Macaroni(Hot Dish)

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1 small (4 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can peas, drained
  • 2 c. uncooked seashell macaroni
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green beans, drained

Directions

    Heat skillet and add together onion, celery and green pepper. Fry together until tender, 5 minutes, then add hamburger and let brown lightly in vegetables.

    Cook 2 cups of seashell macaroni in 6 cups of water until tender.

    Add to this, peas, corn, green beans and hamburger mixture, drained.

    Add one large can of stewed tomatoes; mix good all ingredients.

    Warm on medium heat.
