Ingredients

  • 6 halves boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 soup can sherry
  • 1/2 soup can milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 6 drops hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box mushrooms

Directions

    Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thick.

    Saute in 3 tablespoons butter for abut 2 minutes, each side.

    Remove chicken and place in baking dish.

    Brown onion and mushroom in same pan and saute until tender and slightly browned.

    Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour over chicken and bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown on top.

    Serve with rice.
