- 1/2 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. pimento-stuffed olives
- 1/4 c. diced green onions
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped Mandarin oranges
- 3 ripe avocados, halved
Directions

1Mix shrimp and crabmeat with the next 8 ingredients.

2Stir in chopped Mandarin orange sections; chill.

3To serve, fill avocado halves with shrimp and crab mixture.
