- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
- 3 Tbsp. sardines (optional)
- 2 to 3 c. crabs, fish, lobster, scallop and shrimp, cut up
- 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. frozen condensed soup (light cream)
Directions

1Brown mushrooms lightly in butter.

2Add soup and cream, heat slowly until soup is thawed, blend in seafood and cheese. Heat, stir often.
