- 1 (15 oz.) can Jack Mackerel Piquant sauce
- 2 (12-inch) submarine rolls, split lengthwise
- 4 slices Swiss or American cheese
- 8 tomato slices
- 8 red or sweet onions
Directions

1Separate mackerel fillets into large pieces.

2Mix half the Piquant sauce with the fish.

3Spread on bottom halves of rolls. Arrange cheese, tomato and onion slices over mackerel.

4Spread remaining sauce on cut sides of tops of rolls.

5Place over the sandwiches.

6Cut each sandwich in half to serve.

7Makes 4 sandwiches.
